SOME OF THE ENGINES IN OUR COLLECTION

We currently have an 8 tonne 1917 Aveling and Porter steam roller 'Phyllis', which is an ideal engine for novice steam enthusiasts to learn the basics of driving a steam powered vehicle.

| Our large stationary engine is used to crush stone and is perfect for demonstrations. Autumn 2007 we hope our largest engine 'The Lion' will arrive in France after a refit. She is without doubt the largest steam road locomotive built by John Fowler of Leeds (a B6 Big Lion). Not for the faint hearted with a maximum speed of 27 mph and capable of pulling in excess of 100 tonnes she is impressive and will offer enthusiasts a fantastic experience. |

Our miniature railway with a 7 1/4 inch locomotive runs on a 300m circuit of track through the farms orchards and poultry runs in the summer season. The kettle boiler, crane, locomotive is due to be put on a new line and will increase the diversity of steam experiences we can offer.

The Steam Boat will be launched on the 'Canal de Bourgogne' and allow for summer cruises through picturesque Burgundy and picnics in quiet (normally in accessible) locations.
